Based in Los Angeles, Headwind Disc Golf is my creative outlet to entertain the local disc golf community. The goal is to put out creations on the best products available. If your total cart purchase exceeds $100 in qualified products, you pay $0 for shipping. We pay the entire shipping cost for you which gives you FREE SHIPPING.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped by USPS. One and two disc/hat/t-shirt orders are sent by by USPS first class mail (2-5 days) unless a priority upgrade is purchased.
Purchases of 3-11 disc/hat/t-shirts are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority mail (2-3 days).
Processing Time
At Headwind Disc Golf we pride ourselves in our timely ability to process orders.
Orders made by 4:30pm Pacific Time are almost always shipped the same business day. All standard orders shipped from Headwind Disc Golf HQ are shipped within one business day.
Tracking Information
Customers will be emailed a tracking number when the order is processed by our shipping department.
While the tracking information is usually accurate, it is not uncommon for a USPS package to arrive a day or two later than estimated at the creation of the tracking number. If your package does not arrive on the day indicated on USPS.com, please be patient. We do not have any more information than you receive with your tracking number.
Priority Upgrade:
If you need your package sooner, click the "Need to Upgrade Shipping" link in the Shipping section of the shopping cart.
For a $6 charge we will expedite your order to the top of the quene and send it priority mail for disc orders of less than 10 discs. For larger orders, contact us first as additional charges may apply for priority shipments. The Priority Mail upgrade is ONLY FOR DISCS and small products.
